Recently, OAZVITA BIOTECH CO., LTD. organized a one-day basic standards training program for employees from non-production departments, including administration, sales, and customer service. The initiative aimed to strengthen staff understanding of company requirements and product knowledge, while enhancing cross-departmental collaboration and client-facing professionalism.
The training featured three main modules:
Quality System Fundamentals – A simplified introduction to key elements of the ISO22000/HACCP systems, linked directly to daily work scenarios, emphasizing the importance of quality awareness in every role;
Core Product Knowledge – A concise overview of the company’s main plant extracts and their unique features, providing non-production teams with essential product familiarity for external communication;
Customer Communication Etiquette – Practical guidance on standardized communication skills, illustrated through real-world cases, to improve professionalism in client interactions.
Trainers incorporated short videos and workplace case studies throughout the program, ensuring that content was easy to understand and directly applicable, without overloading participants with technical jargon.
“Non-production teams play a vital role in bridging internal operations with external partners and clients,” said the company’s HR manager. “This training helps our employees strengthen their grasp of company standards and product knowledge, enabling smoother cross-department collaboration and improved customer service.”
To measure effectiveness, all participants completed a short assessment at the end of the session. The results were highly encouraging, with a 100% pass rate across the board, reflecting both strong engagement and practical outcomes.
